Are you ready for some creativity in this musical poem – Playful Nights?
Hi everyone! If you know anything about me, you’ll know I love spreading positive energy and creativity through my blog and social media. Every once in a while, I’ll use a song to inspire me to write something creative, a story or poem.
This time around, my poem will be inspired by the Thomas Rhett song – Crash and Burn. I hope you enjoy!
every moment we experience will crash and burn
into the morning while new dawn sets free
but not before the spark ignites
swirling down the line it chases
collecting momentum from you and me
these playful nights sparkle under the moon
playing back in our memories like a movie
emerging from your captivating laughter
from the wind swaying the trees
and the leaves landing softly
what were we before we knew other
following our spark through the darkest nights
I never heard the crash but saw the aftermath
the brightest flame dancing in my eyes
reminding me of lost summer delights
